I tried the cheaper Denon 2010 Blu-ray Player + 4810. The Picture + Sound much nicer then the PS3 Slim + 4810.

Denon 2010 only rated 3-star in What HIFI (if I recalled it correctly).  With similar budget, Sony 765 is a better choice or pay more for CA 650 BD which is still below 5K !
