我只想講你應該響買之前問 KK ，
將心比己，你係seller，買完先話假，咁就真係有d 那個.....

其實我都有問呢個seller 另外賣個隻 MPS2510
雖然佢話唔係assembly, 但佢send ge 相 係powered cabinet，
評價得16 星，我都有d 懷疑所以放棄左

我理智上支持你唔買，尤其運費都幾貴
但道義上我唔係咁認同，我最唔希望美國賣家唔賣俾香港人
少左d 靚靚 美國mk 喇吧俾我地玩

嘩，睇到佢D email真係火都嚟，奈何當時在公司太多嘢做覆唔倒，所以返到屋企第一時間出過email比佢



"I just came to home from office so I reply email late. I would like to clarify that I am not negotiate the price. The price of your selling eBay item #2705026XXXXX :M&K MPS 5310 pro subwoofer theater MPS5310 studio equip, which cost US1,849.99  including the shipment fee to Hong Kong is acceptance to me, if it is a real product. However, according to the below email from Mr. Ken Kreisel (the boss of M&K - Miller & Kreisel Sound) as I have attached in my email to you before, he said that "the serial number of your photo is definitely a counterfeit serial number and not from M&K". How can I trust your selling subwoofer is real product? Am I doing something so ridiculous and pure nonsense? Before this incident, I have found this product in 2nd hand market for a long time. Can you imagine how disappointing and upset I am? If you complain me at eBay, I think it should be me first."

之後對方話已聯絡M&K幾次，但未有答覆。其實當時Ken Kreisel一直有跟我email問攞交易及對方資料跟進，所以我順便問咗Ken幾個問題同確認對方有過揾佢

Thanks for your reply again. After receiving your last email telling me that this 5310 is a fake product, I forwarded your email to that guy but he is still insisting his subwoofer is a real product. You can take a look for the attached pdf files which are our email copies. I also attached the page of eBay payment reminder too. As he said in the email, he has called you twice and sent emails to your office in three times. Is it true / he is just telling lies?  He said that he bought this subwoofer at US for 5 years ago, is it possible to buy a fake product at US for that times? Is there any special case that the serial no. is in differnt format? I have more photos, which he gave to me for your reference. If finally I find that he want to cheat me, I must complain to eBay!!!

"Chris pinto the current us president says all records for mk are gone. they had no problems with counterfeiting with the mps5310. They were all made in us. Counterfeiting was not an issue until 2006 when most mk products were being made in china. You can read that anywhere."

Mark (of USA) emailed me one time yesterday and a couple of times tonight.  I do not know who he is calling on the phone as the M&K factory has been closed for almost 3 years.  He could be calling the old M&K phone number or the new MK SOUND.  In one of the PDF's you sent me, it sounds like Mark (of USA) called Chris Minto (the email says Chris Pinto), who works for the new MK SOUND.  He used to work for me at M&K.

I am going to email you both soon with the same message  so there is no confusion.

Here are the facts as I understand it:

The MPS-5310 looks authentic from the photographs, but, the serial number to the best of my knowledge is not an authentic M&K serial number.

It is possible the MPS-5310 is authentic but someone changed the serial number for some reason.  Mark (of USA) does not have a sales receipt and cannot remember who he bought it from, so, we cannot ask that dealer or person for more information.

Thank you for your help. Let me tell you what I am thinking. May be the 5310 is real product because he has insisted so much and did so many things to proof himself. A cheater doesn't do it. The function of this subwoofer is seemed to normal too as what he said. But, what is the matter of the label of serial no? Why it is not an authentic M&K serial number? I am doubt and still thinking about this. I have posted my case in a AV website of Hong Kong. Someone told me that he has seen the label in this format before and it should be the product at early stage. Do you have any idea of that? At the same time, I have asked Mark (of USA) to find the receipt and I will tell him my decision on or before 26-12-09. Actually, I don't want to miss a chance to have a high grade M&K subwoofer because it is very difficult to find one in Hong Kong. That is why I take the risk and find the product at eBay US.

I think the MPS-5310 is authentic.  It is possible someone changed the serial number label or it could be a special serial number label and serial number sequence we used for a short time when we moved our factory from Culver City to Chatsworth.  I cannot tell for sure without actually seeing the label.  But, again, the MPS-5310 looks authentic as far as I can tell from the photographs.

I hope this has not caused too much confusion for everyone.
