They used Marantz cdp (i forgot the model#) and KEF floor standing....
I tried this exactly in iTheatre in times square. And the sales' attitude is not nice too.....
You may have a try there also...

i'd been there couple of time, the kef sound really terrible with marantz....
u may not listen to the amp performance properly there....

But i think the listening room of iTheatre is already far much better than trying in Yau Shing bldg shops....
so i wonder I still cannot hear good sound from 8003... sigh...

The main attraction of 8003 for me is AV bypass and the price....

the listening room there is really good, i had tried the pm11s2 with kef xq and iq series,音場好靚,but kef sound not my cup of tea...
i think u just like me, coz we both love b&w...
try again in somewhere else la..

You are right... and the cds i brought are mainly Jazz and pop... I think KEF is good for classical...
But I wanna say the sales is disappointing.... I said I would consider it and asked for his name card, but he said everyone here could help you when you came again...
Maybe 8003 is too cheap
