Volume level of Pioneer amp

Can any ching give your reference volume level while using your Pioneer amp?
I tried some blu rays and here is my reference:
For movies: -15 to -20dB
For concerts: less than -20dB
For TV: slightly less than -23dB

最盡都係試過 -12左右  , 一般都係用 -16 至 -18  (睇戲) .

Einstein hing, thanks for your input.
I understand your points.
But I have just changed from Onkyo to Pioneer and the volume level scale is totally different.
Onkyo - starting from 0 to +ve numbers, normally i turned to 45.

And now Pioneer is starting from negative numbers, so I have no reference on turning to what level is optimum...

You know, I should treat my new toy well when it first comes to my house .... later on.... hehe i may treat it worse n worse...
Dont know other chings are similar to my approach?

(Auzentech X-Fi Forte 7.1 level set at 95%)
-10 to -15 dBfor movies
-20 dB for PS3 / 360 games        

Channel Level after MCACC and personal taste adjustment:
FL/FR: -7.0 dB
Center: -7.0dB
SL/SR: -3.5 dB
SBL/SBR: -3 dB
Sub: -2 dB

I still trust its MCACC setting ar....
I forgot the figures in details, but it should be around -7.0 --- -9.0db
while i only remember my SW is -8.0db....

Will -2db for your SW too much? I remember you use SVS, right?
