I would like to connect blu-ray player through RCA at the same time to AV AMP for music. Will it do any harm to the AV AMP or player. Moreover, will the hdmi also passing signal to the AV AMP when playing music?
Thank you! You mean you change the BDP to direct mode when listen to CDs. This may be the reason why when I play SACD there is no sound from the AVM.
By the way, which of below interconnection will have more impact on the sound quality:
1) BDP to DAC (I am using coaxial); and
2) DAC to AVM (RCA)
