Using US Oppo BDP-105 firmware just upgraded to BDP10X-83-0715.
I can't seem to figure out a way to run the executable...
I can ping the player and get replies.

Here's the telnet error:
Network error. Connection refused.

Here's the error from the Sonore GUI
Faild to decode response
libsacdread: Can't open 192.168.0.109:2002 for reading

I edited the cmd file in the USB drive to my network's address for the player 192.168.0.109.

Maybe I am missing a way to tell the thing where to put the ripped file...

Can you guys help please?

Thanks. Normally I would upgrade ASAP, but I am concerned about the SACD ripping function this time...

Had a feeling that this upgrade is (partly) to "cure the loop-hole" ....

咁耐都唔見oppo有新firmware,  而家rip得sacd就出個新版
呢個firmware 相當有可疑係封殺rip sacd
(Post76 Android 手機版送出)

有無得downgrade返去之前個firmware?

如果宜家係街買到既oppo用緊既firmware係咪應該仲rip到呢?

根據外國嘅 Oppo 用家嘅經驗，Beta 版嘅 firmware 就有得 downgrade，正式版就只可以 upgrade。

I'm posting my experience after updating the firmware on my Oppo 105 in case it proves helpful to anyone. After the firmware update ISO2DSD failed to open two different SACDs for ripping. I had a moment of dread even though others have posted that the update did not disable ripping capability. Turns out that the IP Address had changed in the process of upgrading. I entered the new address and all is well.

For what is worth I have the 0715 firmware on my 105 and there is no limitation whatsoever.
I just did just follow the early posts and had no issue.

@ soundpro69,audioq, do you have the 'energy efficient' shut down enabled? just to be sure to restart on a freshly booted 105.
