顯示器那邊是 FL tube, 這panel 我看 FL+/FL- 可能有 24~28V, 其他 signal etch (5V) 用 20V 表檔都夠.

如要銲駁返 opened 線s , 可用 30a ...

新flat cable 無事, 舊flat cable有唔通 #11 , 不過現在另一條cable 連接OLED dislpay 比我撞裂了

if u like, try to get help or borrow the tools & wires from ADA c-Hing or me.  

last suggestion:
21 pins in use之馬。怕麻煩，可去鴨記買定 30awg kevar 線、然後找整手機既檔口仔，佢地有晒架生及工藝銲得番 (ie. 6 wires only) 架。有時我要"吹" (拆/裝) SMD I.C./parts, 都係邦襯佢地。

to prevent further broken links on the flexCable, you should adhesive mylar tape underneath.
as shown below
