Music Video from the Home For Christmas 2005 CD release. It Came Upon A Midnight Clear went to #1 on the Adult Contemporary Chart on December 30th, 2006 and stayed there for 2 weeks. It was H&O's 8th Billboard #1 Hit. (6 Hot 100 #1's, 2 Adult Contemporary #1's) From what I remember, this video was recorded for a VH-1 Classic program to promote the Home for Christmas CD.

Daryl Hall and John Oates is acknowledged by Billboard magazine as the most successful duo, with six #1 singles.   "She's Gone" was a single that featured John Oates on lead vocals; it was a Top 10 single on the Billboard chart in 1976.  A cover of "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling'", originally by the Everly Bros., was a Top 20 single that featured John Oates singing lead vocals.  On youtube, there is a video of John Oates singing and playing "Maneater", unplugged, in a small songwriters meeting. John Oates sounds great on his own.

Hall and Oates is also one of the few white artists to hit #1 on the Billboard R&B singles chart, with "I Can't Go For That (No Can Do).

so sad to hear especially in Hong Kong expensive land value,
we are not only living poorly without sufficient space to relax,
but also our personal treasure such as music vinyl, tape, CD, DVD, or Blu-Ray hardly find a decent place to stay with us together
