剛買了一個新的回來，差了電。下載了程式後，去到SYNC個步就無法做落去！
程式停留在叫你把個遙控同電腦插線個動畫，NEXT個制係淺灰色無法按，即找不到個遙控有連線！
遙控個畫面就停係有個白色電腦公仔，叫你去MYHARMONY.COM畫面！
試過換線，換電腦，重置個遙控，重新安裝程式，但結果都一樣！反而舊的ONE和舊的程式就無題。
請問TOUCH的用家，我的遙控是否壞的！
上網找過資料，有的用家都試過類似情況，有些說重置後就可以，但我都未能成功，救命！

我部Harmony 900 都會係咁，只要唔好經USB Hub就okay.

我已用五部不同的電腦試過直插機身的usb位都不成功 ！

我用harmony 650,最初亦遇同樣情況，試了幾次亦一様，換了Mac 機試一次ok

在討論區見官方回覆如下：

1    Launch MyHarmony Computer Application(是否即是執行那個MyHarmony-APP.EXE)
2    Before clicking anywhere inside the window(不見此步是什麼意思)
3    > Windows users:  Press Alt+F9(我試照按，但乜都無發生！)
     > Mac users:  Press Fn+Option+F9 or Option+F9 (depending on Mac model, either one will work)
4    You will be taken to advanced tools page
5    Select 'Update Firmware' button under 'Harmony Ultimate One'
6    Ensure that the page title says 'Harmony Ultimate One - Update Latest Firmware'. If not, click 'Return to Update Remote Screen' and try step 4 again
    Connect the Remote to the computer via USB, and click Install besides "Step 1: Install Harmony Ultimate One Firmware" to load the latest Firmware in your Remote
7    Once you are done, click 'Return to login screen', without disconnecting the Remote, login to your account and make a USB Sync.
