Good enough for your home use. If you can a bit extend your budget to about $12K.  You should be able to go for Klipsch RB + RC + RS series with a decent Velodyne entry level subwoofer.

Or 10K is the hard limit, then you may sacrifice your rear speakers but not those at the front and subwoofer.

May be you can try this combination: Klipsch RB-51 + RC-10 + RS-10
Subwoofer: Choose any entry level brands you like

You may try in their show room or Tak Fat in Mong Kok.
