老老實實, 個個話 samsung 既 CS 差, 有幾多係真係乃過野?
定係以俄傳俄就信以為真?

師兄，我原本都好似你咁諗，唔信邪就買咗部三叔嘅LED TV試下，點知一試就乃野，個師傅一裝起部新機已經話唔掂要換，三叔過兩日又要搵人上嚟再check多次，睇完又話要再等通知，打親去佢CS都係busy，留voicemail又唔覆，搵返電器舖又話只包換機唔包掛返上牆，所以奉勸大家除非自信時運高，否則唔好博。

I have a friend bought a Samsung LCD TV in 1 year ago.
Then,... he needs to keep a very close contact with Samsung CS and exchanged the mainboard 2 times but still cannot work normally. Up to now, he still have a very close relationship with Samsung CS for his LCD TV...
Samsung even said many reasons to delay the repair progress... e.g. no component in HK, need to order and wait 4 weeks....
If you want to spend your time to deal with Samsung, go ahead to buy it and you better get ready to arrange a guy at home to wait for them to come to check again and again....
