We can assure you that the cable we have sent to you has not been used. When we receive cables from Supra, we do not open them, and send them straight out. We have checked our other Supra HDMI cables that we have in stock, and they too have similar marks and writing fading as the pictures you have sent. It therefore looks like Supra have had some quality control issues in the manufacturing process.
If you want to send the cable back to us, you can, but if the cable is working 100% then we suggest you keep it, and again we assure you the cable is new.
