上次台灣打風引發泥石流 7 條海低電纜衝斷o左 4 條，琴晚地震可能連謹餘o個 3 條都震斷埋，依家 MSN 同九成外國 sites都上唔到！


台灣中華電信稱四條海底電纜因颱風損壞

August 17, 2009 (Monday) 02:30pm - Degraded Internet performance due to cable outage of HARNET ISP (PCCW)

HARNET service provider (PCCW) had informed that one of its submarine telecommunications cable system (RNAL-REACH North Asia Loop) was down at around 2:30pm today, causing degraded Internet performance to HARNET institutions. PCCW is working closely on the matter.
