When Huey Lewis and Ray Parker Jr. (and Columbia Piictures, the studio that made Ghostbusters) settled out of court, part of the agreement was that no one can talk about the settlement in public.  However, in 2001, in the VH1 documentary "Behind The Music - Huey Lewis and the News", Huey Lewis gave the audience the idea that Ray Parker Jr. paid him to settle out of court.  After the documentary aired, Ray Parked Jr. sued Huey Lewis for the breaking their original agreement.  Who won?  Who lost?  Who knows....

For reference, each "Behind The Music" documentary focus on a singer/band.  Basically, people point fingers and say bad things about each other on TV.  They are quite entertaining.  To be fair, there was nothing "bad" in the Huey Lewis episode....no drugs, no sex, no one point fingers at each other.
