I will have to agree here.  

Although I am not saying whatever being offered by Rhapsodio is not good, in fact they might be excellent, but if you consider the amount being asked for is not a small amount (including me), you would have to consider a few more factors, one of them general reputation amongst fellow users.  On the other hand we do have to acknowledge the cost to develop a top line product with relatively small number of users.

On the other hand I had the pleasure of chatting with Gavin of Tralucent Audio, all I can say is he was a wonderful gentlemen, full of passion and knowledge.

When it comes to custom IEMs, I would only consider JH, UE and Westone.
