That's right 200wx7 seems quite big, and I wonder would my speaker could be able to "stand" such large W, as they are just ~150W speaker..
Better try and let it run ..give us report....
Thanks ya~!
I do see that. Just wonder if it need 200watts for rear in a <300ft living room (>90% case in HK). Actually 5 channels for my case, or may be most cases, is more than enough. Anyway as said, one could add XPA-2 later on if test is satisfactory.
"200W x 7 is for 7.1 channels playback. No bigger than 200Wx5 except with 2 more 200W channels only." ....yes that is right Ryanenen hing, that model had already been deleted from the website ......sold out already...http://www.emotiva.com/mps2.shtm
1. Tweeter control - Set to ' -2' to cut tweeter level 2db, set to '+2' to boost tweeter level 2db. Leave at '0' for reference level.
2. Boundary compensation - In 'On' position, the bass EQ slope changes to compensate for 'booming' sound that may come from being close to a wall or piece of furniture. In 'Off' position, the bass EQ remains unaffected.
(There is no 'right' or 'wrong' settings for these switches. They are simply there to allow you to fine tune the sound of the speakers to your room or your personal taste.)
