NAS and DAC

can Qnap (TS-219PII) connect to USB DAC directly (target TEAC UD-H01 or CA DAC Magic) even no DAC is on the offical USB Audio sound card list?  How can I know it will be compatible before I buy?

Most official USB sound cards only output in low quality, not 192khz...

If I connect to a USB finger sound card then to DAC, it will be low quality too...

So, how can I play 24/192 files through QNAP to DAC directly?

Most computer onboard sound card has Optical output, why people still connect to DAC through USB?

我估……
a. 經 sound card 解讀才送去Dac，就好似相機影完相save 做jpg(煮過) 之後又去PS 執執佢(其實jpg 已經失去很多細節，再執都唔會好得去邊)
b. 但不經sound card，由電腦其他usb出，利用一些軟件(例如 foobar+asio)可以繞過 sound card的解碼，直去dac,
就好似相機影完相save做raw(生肉)，之後PS再執就好得多。
