電源再生處理器 is basically an AC power generator to "re-generate" the power in a better A/C power quality. This way, noise is removed. I don't think a perfect sine wave form is that critical, anyway, AC will be converted to DC in your hifi to operate. Of course, some people would argue that the "imperfect" sine form is actually noise. I think 電源再生處理器 ability to remove noise is why it works great.
It is not energy efficient to re-generate AC power. And therefore, the power output may not be high. If it is high power output, it become physically big and more expensive. If you only use it for DAC/preamp, that is good. Using it for power amp may not be good. You better try it out before buying it.
I also power everything through a power conditioner. My power conditioner handle EMI noise (differential mode, common mode and ground noise). I don't have voltage stability problem. In fact HK voltage stability is good. So I decided to focus on noise.
