Good morning c-hing i've been done many times for the "bdp-chip" try changed for region 'b' but don't work?? i've already folllowed every steps can you help me to fix this problem.

Good morning ching sorry i'm not in HK. After i upgarte the firmware to latest then reopened the bd player and push dimmer,dimmer,dimmer,mute then 1,2,3 and turn off the bd player(in 20 seconds) reopen again but don't work!
