Dear HK Support,

You should know this defects very common on 07 serises. I am also working on  electronis  industry and I knows whats happening of the unit.

Your USA HQ also issues a fix free service to those affected customer.

I don’t want take a 20KG unit back and forth if after checking it need $4000 to fix the design defects.

-Symtoms: Statge 1: longer clicking of relay to have sound  Stage2: Intermitten no sound , Need power down or Reset then have sound if lucky. Now No sound at all  , No speaker relay clicking after power up , Video is no problem.
