PC game 要玩到咁高 resolution......... 買多幾條線好過

PC GAME 如果買張2千幾蚊3D卡
1920 X 1080打機唔成問題(除左某幾隻GAME外其他都夠應付)
但PC硬件週期太短,而且多BUG同唔係統一平台上遊戲
所以靚都冇用

ATI did clarify that although Microsoft isn't targetting 1080p (1920 x 1080) as a resolution for games, their GPU would be able to handle the resolution with 4X AA enabled at no performance penalty.

文中你會明白唔係Xbox360出唔到1080p,而係唔出而已....
其實在xbox360/ps3上開發1080p花費比720p大,所以廠商都會主力於720p上.....

而ram都唔係數字遊戲,要睇實際用途。
Xbox 360 - 512MB GDDR3 RAM @ 700 Mhz DDR (共享)+10MB eDRAM @ 500Mhz
PS3 - 256MB of XDR RAM (可共享) & 256MB GDDR3 @ 700MHz (圖像)
PS3 XDR係3.2Gbps

Xbox 360可以自行分配在512內存。
而PS3雖要用串流共享技術先可以用到XDR內存,程序係︰
RSX存取->CELL內部的XDR Controller->CELL內部EIB->FlexI/O
時間比直接讀取GDDR3長好多,所以冇人會將Texture之類即時要用嘅野放到XDR內.....因此實際PS3嘅RSX可利用只係256內存。
而xbox360嘅C1就可以用到256以上~~~~
