I would like to put the tv on the wall. If I put it about 90 cm above the floor, is it too high?

It depends on your eye level when you are at your watching position. The center of your tv should be slightly below your eye level.

90cm is front the floor to:

1.The centre of your TV, or
2. Lower edge of your TV, or
3. The upper edge of your TV ?
