Using QNAP BT download but very slow... any ching can help

Ching,

I got a QNAP TS212.  Try to Use it for BT downloading... but I found it is very slow.  I try to download the same file from the QNAP and PC (bitcomet).... I found the download speed on QNAP is nearly 10 times slower than PC.  Any Ching know why and any way to fix it?
