As Audio Station becomes an add-in software in DSM 4.0, you may need to uninstall your Audio Station before the downgrade.

thx ching. Just see the site and seem to be very difficult to downgrade the dms. Is my problem caused by usb driver for my dac not in nas? I need to wait for dms updated driver for my dac usb? Reflect my problem to synology by inform related usb driver to him for next update firmware.

You may choose to wait for the upgrade fix from Synology but they did not guarantee their NAS/USB match all DAC in market.

i have reflected the compactibility problem of new audio.-gd usb chipset with synology nas to Mr. H W. HO. I hope the usb chipset developer could build the driver for linux asap and communicate with synology to launch the updated firmware. The manufacturer of usb card TENOR said there is no driver support the linux platform.

I have tried to connect a Audio-gd 3.1 to my Synology 108J with DSM 3.2 through USB and it works.

cos u re using rellative old version of usb interface as my udio-gd is the most updated usb chipset. Ubuntu linux os no driver run this usb. I hope Mr. Ho could urge TENOR to write the drv asap.
