如果識折機，可以試試打開部機，就會見到機肉和雷射光頭，就可以試抹喇

The same thing happened to my UD8004 couple months ago. The unit was only 15 months old. Marantz support said it's because the dirt in the environment. Of course, I had no way to verify if it's true or not. At the end, it cost me about HKD2500 to change the entire disc mechanism. Hope this helps.

Last time my dad paid $1,200 to have his 2 years old SACD player Laser head changed from the service center.. it is really expensive..

    It costed me $1000 to change loader (laser head) for my 9500 (2 years old) few weeks before
