All goods are shipped from the United States and may be subject to customs duty, taxes, and fees depending on the destination country. We cannot understate the values of our products on customs forms. From mid-November until the end of the year, with the holiday season, mail can be delayed and delivery times are difficult to predict. Please see the note below for additional shipping options. We have received your order and, unfortunately, the amount paid is insufficient to ship internationally. Previously we were able to offer International Surface Mail for the same price as shipping to US customers, but the US Postal Service has eliminated that option.
We can ship via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days plus customs processing time, trackable) for an additional $35.86. If you would prefer a faster method, we can ship via Global Express Mail (3-5 business days plus customs processing time, trackable) for $42.09 in addition to the shipping that you have already paid. If you would prefer a less costly method, we can ship via USPS First Class Mail (not trackable, delivery estimates vary) for an additional $25.15.
If you'd like to upgrade your shipping you can do so using our custom shipping page at http://www.bluejeanscable.com/customshipping.htm. Please enter the amount above as the cost and be sure to mention the shipping method you prefer in the description field.
If neither of these options is acceptable to you, please let us know and we can cancel your order and refund your money in full. In the future, you may want to look at our International (UK) site (http://www.bluejeanscable.co.uk) where all goods are still shipped from the US but the prices are in pounds sterling and include the cost of FedEx International Priority shipping.
