因為只係租住別人單位,唔係太想在天花鑽孔....
想問下有無ching部投投係走鬼的?
另我見catalogue都無60"幕,大都係80"起跳....60"係唔係要訂造的?

It is a pain to just watch a movie like this. If u okay with 60", buy a LCD 60" only 20k. No matter how good your projector is, a LCD is more handy and better quality too (my view only not those 死硬派 from what called 電影感)

What is your viewing distance?  60" is unusally small for projection screen, so it needs to be tailormade, no matter whatever brand is.

If you cannot ceiling-mount it or place it on the top of a cabinet/shelf behind your sofa, you can consider some projectors that are for office use (such as Canon LV-7390) which has automatic keystone correction function - so that you just put it on the coffee table in front of sofa, tilt it up to whatever angle, and enjoy your 60" image.

But I agree with billy997 - 60" LCD will have a much better image quality than this.

You may already know, but please be reminded that the costs you need to spend (other than the projector itself) are likely to cover these:
- screen, no matter pull-down or electric (the quality of the screen has a big impact on the picture quality)
- a long HDMI cable (you need a better-than-average HDMI cable if it is longer than 10m, otherwise you may get into serious trouble)
- installation work, including the mounting and the cabling (if you choose to pay a guy to do it)
- room treatment (e.g. do you need to purchase/install a thicker/better curtains on the window side?)

Using a LCD/Plasma TV and using a projector is totally two different experience (besides the cost factor).  Using the projector requires you to turn off all the lights and do some basic room treatment (e.g. curtains, etc.)  Are you (and your family) willing to do these every time to watch a TV programme?  e.g. your other family members may want to read newspaper while watching a TV programme at the same time (not uncommon).

Just some thoughts to share.

我都係租人地方,還原一啲都唔難,走鬼仲辛苦,一定無心機每次攪....不過如只投六十吋無乜意思,現在主流玩100吋(相對早幾年以80吋為主)

我自己用緊50吋Plasma同100吋投影,好明顯兩個世界,如果大呎吋LCD?都滿足,就唔洗攪咁多野囉!

如果限死只可用60吋，真係買LED TV 好過，玩投投我覺得以80吋為起步點。
