Tube 1 result: 1925/1900 --> The first test was 1925, and the second test was 1900. I usually take the average --> 1913.
Tube 2 result: 1875/1850 --> The first test was 1875, and the second test was 1850, average --> 1863.
My rule of thumb is that if the average for the tubes are within 10%, I would consider that the tubes are matched. This is only based on my poor understanding of tubes, you may find different methods from the others.
thanks ching, one more question, 點睇隻旦仲有幾耐命呢? (60%? 70%? )

It depends on the tube tester. Different testers have different readings to represent the condition of tubes. For example, if a tester said minimum 60 is good, and the test result is 95, then I would feel that the tube should still have lots of time left. Another example, if a tester said minimum 1200 is good, and the result is 1950, then I would also feel that the tube is good enough for me to buy.
