It's not that easy. They don't just send out free bulbs, I already invested much time in trying to get a new free bulb but JVC support just tells me somebody will call me back and than that doesn't happen.

Had lamp replaced this jan 2012 and now at 875 hours it is dimming to 50% making 3d unwatchable and depending on station, need to use high lamp for 2d shows. Waiting to hear back from JVC on what theybsuggest or can do for me. This will be the 4th lamp since I bought it brand new jan 2011.
