x2 公司的多用途copier/scanner/fax，仲可以scan完後將個pdf email番去自己個inbox度{:6_134:}

bank statement 電話單等會file 起佢儲一年到 , 水電煤都係儲起一年倒.. 但唔會file 起.. 平時有時間就入埋spreadsheet.. 睇下係咪用多左..

1. Use e-statement if you can
2. If only paper statement is available, keep 1 year, scan / throw away those over 1 year
3. For other mails (not statement), call them not to send again (opt-out). 香港地呢樣唔好，廣告永遠ASSUME你想收，一定要 OPT﹣OUT。
