Hello, C-hing, means no offense, but according to your words, I just wonder, have you ever read the user manuals? it's indeed a very good reference, and the fastest way to get basic knowledge about your camera's operation. I have read the manuel. But found the pictures sometimes out-focus, picture in dull color (look like grey layer on top), flash not good enough to cover the major areas or over exposure, etc. I feel WB may help to solve some but don't know how to set.
