QC is one of the concerns. More importantly, it's about the trust. It's about the reputation of the brand, the product and and the company.
Anyways, to maintain a friendly environment here, no more argument on it la.

QC 呢家嘢好多學問！ Not only the number of samples tested, the way the samples picked are also very important --- the so called Sampling.
每一種產品都有不同 standard。 最高規格當然喺 100% QC， 一般產品不常見，醫學領域嘅植入物就會有百分百 QC! 好簡單，出問題會死人的！

Sorry,喬峰兄, I somewhat disagree with the last statement....It really depends on what product you are making. There are many things that you cannot do 100% inspection and still be able to sell the product after testing. 100% QC is not the answer to good quality. A good product comes from a good design, but marketing direction, cost and manufacturing capability have an impact on a good design.

因Budget有限關係, 我係鋪頭都買左依條線, 我好自然唔會同8百蚊個西瓜比,如果你甘都要鬧個阿婆甘依個就係自己問題
講真, 條線雖然唔係話咩絕頂正貨, 但有冇你地講得甘差先? 你自己係屋企試過末先? 唔好人話差你又話差. 小朋友!
依個世界有好多人會利用你地去達成自己目的. 到依家個D人去左邊? 你米第一個行出黎,,仲有好多依個價位既線係你地眼中都係未必好, 甘你又唔講下?

You don't have to say sorry to me! And there is nothing to disagree on what I said. I don't know ALL the products but some and medical implants are somewhat I know for many years. I did not say 100% QC is the ONLY answer to good quality.
For your info., GE, JnJ, Medtronic... are ALL on 100% on their implants. If you can save money for them by cutting down their cost and not increasing the risk. I believe they are more than welcome to pay big bucks for your suggestions!{:1_262:}
