I have used MTV7000D for a few days, it performs as expected from my point of view.
1. Better picture quality compare to my old 5000.
2. I have Cable box only and found picture quality is good as well.
I have not connect to avamp, just Cable -> MTV7000D -> TV
3. Same as other Ching, remote is very friendly and can control Cable / other individual MTV models without any interfere (my home set up).
I try recorded HD and Cable HD (soccer match) contents and found satifactory overall for the MTV7000D performance.
