The pic quality is same as previous magictv box for HDTV program.The pic quality of Cable TV improved about 20% compare to direct hook up to my plasma before.
USB Wifi works very good with all the program info downloaded from the host web and it allow you to program the recording just press the red "R" button.
It come with the infra red link which allow you to connect it with the original cableTV box so the magicTV remote can do the job of the cableTV remote, e.g. changing cableTV program. The cableTV remote can be retired
The best part of magictv to me is that you can program your favorite cableTV program i/o follow what cableTV assigned.Now I program cableTV new channel from #9 to #1 in magicTV remote.
Only complaint is the transformer, it look like my son's toys charger and feel fragile.....Bet I have to replace it later.

我原本訂了, 不過作4個月才出, 而且要一次付款, 所以遲D才買. 暫時用DVD錄影機錄住先, 返正價錢一樣, 又可以VISA及分期.

I try dual channel recording last night.Jade HD & i-Cable channel 12, it works and quality is good especially i-Cable program, resolution is much better then my previous Philips HDD recorder with HDMI output.
