世事無常, 原本今日收Amazon UK包裹, 打開少咗隻Avattar steelbook BR 失咗, 唔知跌咗定被鼠咗. 訂咁多次, 第一次寄失.
半個鐘收到回音, 証實同隻諜無緣 -

Normally, in this situation, I would create a replacement order for the missing item right away, to be dispatched to you as soon as possible at no additional charge.

Unfortunately, at the moment, "Avatar: Limited Edition Steelbook with 4 Lenticular Artcards and An Activist Survival Guide to Pandora " is unavailable from our suppliers and we can’t send a replacement. However, we will be happy to issue a full refund for this order.

Although the item might be available on our website from third party sellers, we are unable to source items from them but you can decide to place a new order if you wish so.

I've requested a refund of 23.08 GBP to your payment card. This refund should go through within the next few days and will appear as a credit on your next card statement.
