For today's media, there will not be any lag for playing an HD movie.A blu-ray's maxium transfer rate is 54 Mbit/s = 6.75MB/s, while the slowest HDD above can transfer >60MB/s.Even USB 2.0 in average home PC has a max transfer rate at 30MB/s.
Even a USB2.0 can play blu-ray quality HD video without problem.

Good report.WD tricks me again.{:1_346:}{:1_346:} WD {:6_199:}.IntelliPower is a confuse term.I think some blood-thirsty US lawyers may bring up a class action to sue WD for misleading. May be I will receive some money in the future.{:6_174:}(It is possible as I have received money from class action before.) {:6_174:} {:6_174:}
On a side note, I never use any WD HDD in my PC, which is good.{:6_177:}

而家的media player曉自己做download,咁就有機會24小時長開...
又啲有可以做埋GE NAS, 經GE network抄file樽頸在HDD...
真係好難取舍...
但係PCM上年尾又有講某啲數據係Green 5400 2TB快過H牌7200 2TB...
我用僅4隻曰立1TB 7200rpm,我覺得都穩定,未死過,快唔快冇比過,用esata過40g file要20分鐘倒,算唔算ok呢?
