就要睇牌子同網上嘅支援，通常一啲大牌子和多人用嘅就有得download哩。但是一啲用錢叫人代勞就唔好哩，否則update firmware就還原。
PS: Philips and Panasonic嘅DVD all code是原裝，update firmware無事。
First of all Ouku service is excellent, don't worry. My machine didn't powerup after I pull the electric off for 2 weeks during CNY holidays, I called their service people and they are station in SZ. They offer to come down to HK to my house to fix it. Luckily the machine power itself up again after I unplug it for couple of days.
As far as the machine itself, the Chinese version you can change to All code DVD just by software, US version does not have this software available you need to use the hardware to change the machine to All code DVD but you also get all code Blu-Ray with the hardware Mod. I decided to upgrade my machine from US firmware to Chinese firmware because I found that most Blu-Ray are Region A or All region, (except Blu-Ray from UK) therefore there's no need to pay the Hardware Mod and the software mod is very easy to do.
can tinghai Ching share how to change it to dvd all code as I will buy it in the coming Easter Holiday. Thanks.

Not yet. I prefer to upgrade one step at a time. I am do that later.
