first of all ,no offence ,for me ,format only format , i trust my own ear.
u have 5507 right ? i will always welcome you to bring your 5507 to test ?u use bluray with 5507 , and i use dvd dts with the same disc ? {:6_136:}
i can sure that the sound quality of theu.s. pre amp will still win , and dynamic will win as well , the only problem was the surround will have lower volume ,just turn it higher then the setting was fine .

For game console & blu-ray, upscale function is useless.For sound quality, Japanese pre-amp can't compete with 鬼佬.
