銷售數量越多咁壞嘅次數相對會較多,反而保養服務先至係最重要,如果維修時間長又或者諸多留難就唔好啦,至於價錢就你情我願,合心水就比錢,正所謂香港小姐都有人話唔靚.

My parent's Samsung was bought just before Beijing Olympics and it's ciruit board needed to be replaced after 1 year.
My Sharp LCD has worked in order for 5 year.

You are damn right. I think ordinary peoples, including myself, wouldn't bother to complain if the company could provide a reasonable maintenance service. However, once you had an awful experience with their CS you would know why there are so many complaints on the net...
