今日去另一間舖試，好奇怪，尋日試既phantom同legend x好似掉轉左咁，換左2.5的話legend就再好好多，高音好左，低音好清楚分到D低音樂器

in US, you can. But i doubt it in hk here. probably they want to have less trouble and sell more upgrade cable.
if this brand do sell a lot, you may see a lot of ares 2 to sell out,............
imo, this is a real bad local support from dealer

Agree with that, local dealer is not flexible to choose the cables, i need 4.4mm jack and need to buy replacement cable for that

saw from outside forum, they will replace the choice of termination you want. Ping Jack for that!
i am not sure this arrangement for ciem or not, worth to try
