不過我以前試過日本同法國會要你寄返比佢,當然郵費會比返你。
不過服務都算非常好! 即係我將來會有多隻, 正呀! AMAZON FR 同 DE 都試過

“"When sending a replacement for an damaged item, we usually request that you return the originalitem to Amazon.co.uk within 30 days of the date on which Amazon.co.uk confirms we will issue a replacement. However, as the cost of returning the package is in this case prohibitively expensive, we ask that you keep the original item with our compliments. Perhaps you would like to donate it to a charity in your area if you feel it would be appropriate to do so. There will of course be no additional charge for the replacement order.”".
However, in the 3rd email sent by your order department, it warned me that
“You are required to return the item(s) in your original shipment that have been replaced within 30 days of receiving this email.

As you know that it is quit inconvenient and costly for me to return the shipment. So, do I have to return the original shipment to you?
By the way, I still satisfy to your company service level.
