Most CHings say "Left La" "寧左勿右"..Although it won't damaged anything, but WHY "Left"???
Is there any CHing out there can explain this? Any technical reason behindthis ??

Yes i also wanna know too.... otherwise why they have L+R for you?
Im using Y RCA connector and both L & R channels connected...
It can be left or right or both which depend on your type of subwoofer....
So left is not default for all types of subwoofers....

Most manual told us to left.
"It can be left or right or both which depend on your type of subwoofer...." So, depends on???...what?internal design?
