CAS - Asio4all + cMP + cPaly
As requested by Wil Wil hing:For the one of the best sounding CAS, I installed Asio4all + cMP + cPaly:
Asio4all:

cMP

cPlay:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/cplay/files/cplay/
All the above are freeware! If any of my setting can be better adjusted, please feel free to advice. My settings are as follows: I installed cPlay 2.0b31 SSSE3 B9 this morning. Sounds better than the previous versions. Also thanks Wil Wil hing for his request to place this thread @ Hi-Fi section.
I previously posted the info here:

I found cMP is better 'cos it not only cuts out the Windows background apps & loads directly from RAM, it's also a freeware!

rad hing,
I had the same issue myself. But once I started to remember the old days of using LP & cartilages, using cPlay was no longer an issue.
I tested foobar VS cPlay. cPlay won. I just got myself a new version of Wavelac 6.1 Portable. Let me further test it later. Just tested against the new Wavelab. I found, "Asio4All + cMP + cPlay" more natural.
