MK d影音店係咁pk,真係十年如一日,我十幾年前見佢地d態度已經係咁,
真係走去中環d高級hifi店d人都冇咁白鴿眼.

師兄既說法又有D啟發..
可能MK人流多，咁上黎試野既人又會多好多..
當一個SALES每日都面對好多唔同花款既客人；又會問埋D無厘頭問題..
又或者問完十居其九都係冇單開既情況日日如是...
咁我諗呢班SALES既躁狂指數；點都會比人流冇咁密既例如中環高檔舖高得多..
於是久而久之佢地就會用鑑貌辨色幫D客做分流..索到你陣'除'都係混吉多既就會比哂面色你睇。
於是年復年咁就積出到一個形象~ MK影音店從來都係態度惡劣！
會唔會係咁呢...

最近這星期都在這討論區爬文學野. 因為將會新居裝修, 考慮如何搭配新的影音系統. 同時亦四出到各影音舖問價及睇實物. c-hing這個分享令我最有共鳴.
我公司locate係時代廣場, 幾間舖我都多之試過聲, 問過器材, 真的 ...

有時真係惡性循環. 好多人會去好服務嘅舖頭試機, 試一大輪跟手去MK買, 只因為平一兩百. 久而久之, 好服務嘅就無生意執笠, 平嘅就唔使俾服務, 一樣有生意.
我就會幫襯相熟同服務好嘅, 貴個幾百咪當service charge囉. 我都係喺Radar買Naim 嘅AMP, CDP 同interconnect, 服務真係唔錯.{:6_142:}

I think some shops in MK also good service. Just all of them likes to promote certain brand (may be they get those brands at lower cost).
The difference between MK shop and show room is that, in show room, you can only buy certain brands (one or two) that is distributed by that distributor. But in MK shop, you can buy more brands.
When you enter the show room, you already have bias that you like this brand. Unless you want to try only...
