其實咁大間公司
佢自己整唔到又無貨
"蝕" 一部半部新model 機比d 客絕對可以贏番口碑...

如果咁都唔做, 一係佢marketing 係白癡
一係佢當d客係白癡
一係佢成批機都有問題換到比你換唔到比之後果d.....{:6_146:}

我有個朋友都有一案:明明五年保用,佢地話只得一年{:1_250:},搞咗幾日最終得反五年保養!!{:1_264:}

Last time i wrote to JP headquarter and they asked me to contact HK for service, so I replied "If they can or already solved my issue, will I be wasting my time to write all these emails?", 2 days later the HK manager and 3 technicans brought 2 new plasmas to come and let me choose and exchanged my faulty Plasma.

HItachi話已經當我呢個cases係投訴個案嚟處理

唔係睇睇下有聲冇畫,而係開機時偶爾有呢個問題。
加錢換新MODEL都唔知得唔得,因為Hitachi講到佢哋好似全部電視都好似冇哂新機咁,同埋我買呢部機都唔係貴,只係幾千蚊,唔想再駛錢落呢個品牌到。
