Music Video from the Home For Christmas 2005 CD release. It Came Upon A Midnight Clear went to #1 on the Adult Contemporary Chart on December 30th, 2006 and stayed there for 2 weeks. It was H&O's 8th Billboard #1 Hit. (6 Hot 100 #1's, 2 Adult Contemporary #1's) From what I remember, this video was recorded for a VH-1 Classic program to promote the Home for Christmas CD.

Daryl Hall and John Oates is acknowledged by Billboard magazine as the most successful duo, with six #1 singles. "She's Gone" was a single that featured John Oates on lead vocals; it was a Top 10 single on the Billboard chart in 1976.A cover of "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling'", originally by the Everly Bros., was a Top 20 single that featured John Oates singing lead vocals.On youtube, there is a video of John Oates singing and playing "Maneater", unplugged, in a small songwriters meeting. John Oates sounds great on his own.
Hall and Oates is also one of the few white artists to hit #1 on the Billboard R&B singles chart, with "I Can't Go For That (No Can Do).
