純分享:當Audeze轉咗代理而隻金X買嘅LCD-2又壞咗…(長篇...

希望借76少少位分亨吓我嘅經歷,不喜勿插。

是咁的,最近小弟隻Audeze LCD-2一邊突然冇聲,試過晒應該係隻單元壞咗,上網搵爬過文,得知外國好多LCD-2/3用家都遇到同樣問題,話如果未過3年保用期,Audeze係會免費同用家維修或換過隻單元。

咁當然立即摷番張單睇吓過咗保未,結果搵到張單,係2013年1月,喺金X買,咁即係仲有保,但跟住小弟又醒起,Audeze香港代理權由金X轉咗去EcX喎。

17/8,星期一:
小弟諗住唔好估估吓,打晒去金X同EcX嘅客戶服務部問吓詳情。
得到嘅答覆如下:
金X:以前我哋頭一年會幫你寄返美國整,郵費我哋包。之後兩年就客人自己俾。我哋依家冇做Audeze代理喇!你隻headphone未過保,你寄返隻headphone去美國Audeze啦,佢會免費幫你整,但郵費要自己付責,去嗰程就一定要自己俾,但寄返嚟就唔知喇,你最好send email問吓美國嗰邊。(佢咁答我都好正路,人哋都冇再做Audeze代理囉)
EcX:你隻headphone唔係我哋指定經銷商買喎,咁我哋會當你隻係水貨,你可以照樣攞上嚟整,所有費用會照收,檢查費、維修費、零件費照價收… (feel到唔係好想理,要整就上嚟俾錢整,其他乜都唔知)(佢哋網頁寫明:檢查費HK$500,維修費係機價一成,零件按需要而定)

問完兩間local公司都好似冇答案咁,咁咪send email問吓美國Audeze。

18/8,星期二:
Audeze第一次答我係咁:
“I am sorry to hear you are having this issue with your LCD-2 headphones! What is the Serial Number of your unit? We can send the drivers at no cost to ECX and they would charge you for labor. Or you can send them in to us for inspection/repair.”
咁都OK啦,都叫知可以點做,咁send返個serial number俾Audeze,等佢安排,同時又打電話俾EcX,話佢知Audeze可以安排send隻driver去佢哋度,問佢哋可以點安排維修,點知客戶服務部嗰位小姐話:「先生,你個case我哋知,但我哋話唔到俾你知點做喎,你留個電話,再覆你。」(其實我已經第2次打去,都留咗2次電話,冇覆過我。其實預咗!)

19/8,星期三:
美國Audeze再覆我如下:
“Thank you for the Serial number. Because your headphones' warranty period has elapsed, the cost for repair is $250 plus shipping both ways. It might be more beneficial to you to save on shipping costs and have ECX charge you for repair. The cost of the drivers that we would send to you is still $250, but it will cost less for ECX to do the repair than the cost you will pay just for shipping the headphones. Of course it is up to you, but I wanted to make sure you have complete information for your decision.”
吓?我保用期過咗?2013年1月買喎,又話三年?UD$250?成二千蚊港紙,仲未計維修或者運費喎!咁我又上網睇吓Audeze官網係點寫啦:
“All LCD-3 and LCD-2 headphones purchased from Audeze directly or through any of our dealers will retroactively have a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear of the product are not covered. All other natural materials and parts including accessories are covered under a 1-year warranty.”

20/8,星期四:
咁即係由我購買日起計喎,咁我影埋張單俾Audeze睇啦,佢今朝又再覆我:
“Your headphones are no longer covered by the warranty period, they are past the 3 year covered period. The warranty period starts from the date of manufacture of the headphones.”

吓?小弟做咗幾十年人,真係第一次聽到話保用期係由出廠日起計,咁隻headphone擺咗1年先賣得出,咪得2年保用??而Audeze講一套又做一套喎…
佢email最後嗰句係“let me see what we can do for you and I'll get back to you shortly.”但老實講,佢都開到明要俾錢先有得整,真係唔抱任何期望。

學左強國人,由出廠日計,Lenoxo就係咁,所以啲連鎖店咪成日叫你加500轉3年保{:1_343:}

其實如果Audeze官網一直係寫係由出廠日計,我唯有當自己唔好彩,過咗保先嚟壞。但明明寫住“have a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase”,到有事要整就"The warranty period starts from the date of manufacture of the headphones”,咁真係好double standard喎!

唔老實,喺head-fi個Audeze LCD2 留言區度post 返佢web page同email個雙重標準俾佢啲美國同胞睇下,應該會易攪啲{:1_253:}

比著系我預到呢D CASE,真系火, 出廠三年計warranty, 真系唔系人講得出..
我點知你audeze做起隻貨放在幾耐先ship比金 x, 金 x放左幾耐先賣比我. 而家先話出廠三年計warranty罷明搬龍門姐..你不如開個warranty terms 系出廠計十年, 出左問題又話過左出廠計十年既warranty
真系無謂拿去ecx都攪. 將心比己,我系ecx見到隻貨唔系自己都唔想跟, 如果維修費收你得高, 你又會wawa聲. 估計佢都系寄番去audeze換單元, 又唔知到底佢要收幾多錢先修理費到或者要等幾耐先整得好
聽下佢今晚點覆…如果audeze呢兩日回覆你時仲系水你..不如上headfi 講出呢個情況啦.幫佢揚一揚出去

{:6_121:} Audeze must be kidding.....I think they have prejudice on oversea buyers. They would never reply like that on headfi.....

我都係見headfi啲友話Audeze唔洗錢一定幫客攪,都好估唔到Audeze會咁覆我,真係打個突!

最慘係Audenze興臨佢收工先覆,又時差15粒鐘,一日先覆一次email{:1_247:}

都無計,香港同美國時差一個對有多,局住一日個E-MAIL回覆,真系急唔泥
AUDEZE每日都覆你一下都唔太差...

每日一覆算係咁喇,得schiit係即覆(條友好似唔使瞓咁), headamp基本唔覆,要headfi留言至覆。
有冇左右兩邊線對掉試呢?
