Flac本身唔係已經係無失真壓縮嘅格式嚟?

名字上是, 但如用 dbpoweramp 去rip同一隻歌做Flac file, 分別只是無壓縮和有壓縮.
無壓縮的 file 明顯比有壓縮的, 好聲好多。
那証明了非百分百無失真的!

原來 wav 係好聲過 flac ??
會唔會其他牌子既機都係一樣 wav 好聲過 flac？
定係要夾下部機或者解碼呢？

據dDpoweramp所講 Compression level 0-8 只有指出壓縮比，
同時壓縮比越大在解碼時所需要嘅解碼時間越長(相信呢點影響色音)。
但不論壓縮比係幾多，都係以無溳壓縮會編碼。
而亦無提及compression level 0係等同無壓縮。
從何途徑得知compression level 0就等同無。
是否試過一個全"無"metadeta嘅Flac嘅file size等同wave file size? {:1_347:}

Change Rip To audio encoder to FLAC. Lossless audio codecs do not have many options, compression at the default level is adequate for most people, all compression modes are lossless, the higher modes require much more CPU encoding time and will only achieve an extra 1% compression. For FLAC Level 5 is a good selection (a good balance between minimal compression time and reasonable compression).
By default ripped audio files are placed in the Music folder saved under \Artist\Album\Track Number Artist - Titlethis option could be changed to suit using Set next to Naming.

Compression levels
libFLAC uses a compression level parameter that varies from 0 (fastest) to 8 (smallest). The compressed files are always perfect "lossless" representations of the original data. Although the compression process involves a tradeoff between speed and size, the decoding process is always quite fast and not very dependent on the level of compression.

今晚試下
Try various uncompressed format before, wav is the best!
But wav file can't add photos.You have to tolerate this

其實唔奇怪, 我以前用Mac做player時都係wav好聲過flac

Flac 在無tag資料下還是比 wave大少少的!
小弟的入門CAS聽到 WAV同AIFF都是好聲過FLAC, 不知道是否壓縮是6 (Recommend) {:1_342:}
