I have no DX100 , I have DX50 only , but they seems use the same coxial out.

BTW , AP100 have both coxial out and coxial in . have you double check you plug in correct jet ?

Yes' I've double check the in and output digital jet of AP100 and was totally sure that I've got it right.
Maybe there're some defects on the demo I've auditioned{:6_191:}
