Seohyun talks about taking care of her health with a breathtaking photoshoot for 'Cosmopolitan'
Girls' Generation's beautiful maknae Seohyun is fittingly featured in the 'Beauty' section of the May issue of 'Cosmopolitan', looking absolutely gorgeous!
During the interview portion, she talked about her exercise regime. She said, "I've steadily worked out since a long time ago, and I just started to do pilates, so now I am going back and forth between two types of exercises. Working out brings out muscles, and pilates brings out the delicate muscles that are underneath."
She not only eats healthy but regularly works out too. No wonder she looks so great! You can see her full pictorial and interview in the May issue of 'Cosmopolitan'.
